Equine Bowen Therapy (EBT) is just as effective as 'human Bowen' and is even more gentle. It addresses the whole nervous system and helps to release muscle spasm, relieve congested kidneys and stimulates the lymphatic system.

Not only for Horses: Bowen is adaptable to any animal!

Conditions which often respond well to this treatment include:

	Unevenness, disunited gait, irregular action
	Uneven wear of shoes
	Muscle atrophy, or uneven development
	Stiffness on one rein
	Cold back' or sore back
	Sluggish lymphatic or weakened immune system

Case: Redwood is a 28-year old thoroughbred cross cob who has arthritis as well as numerous old injuries, and also some recent infections. After only on EBT treatment he has not required any 'Bute' for a week (previously one a day), and is now cantering easily.

Case: 9-year old Solo, a Dutch Warmblood gelding, was 'rescued', suffering from neglect, starvation, rainscald and having broken-down suspensory hind ligaments. After nearly two years of regular care it was still touch and go whether he would 'make it'. He was very sensitive to his first Bowen treatment, temporarily collapsed during his second, could only take a partial third treatment, but really welcomed and enjoyed his fourth one. The vet is now saying that he has never seen Solo look so well!
