APPOINTMENTS

For Bowen treatment you are asked to wear lightweight, loose clothing. Avoid tight or slippery undergarments, etc.

GENERAL ADVICE

  1. Always drink plenty of water. Spring water is preferable: 2 litres or 4 pints a day (8 -10 glasses).
  2. Take regular daily exercise: walk, cycle or swim.
  3. Certain supplements, etc, may also assist in the recovery of your full health.
